Ok QR Codes are going to happen some day. But it seems like the buzz slowed down. Everybody wanted them, everybody needed them, but did anybody really use them. You are a consumer and so am I . I have the scanner on my smart phone, along with 30 other apps and despite the fact that I wanted to use it I never did. Perhaps it was the lighting, the shaking of the bus or sitting in my bathrobe reading the paper…whatever the reason and no matter who I spoke with they seemed to be in the same boat.
So if 90% of you clients want something but also admit that they never use it should we confuse the message?
